These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Keelzo platform, website, applications, and related services. The Platform is owned and operated by Keelzo Technologies Private Limited.

By accessing or using Keelzo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

To use Keelzo, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal authority to enter into agreements, and provide accurate and truthful information. If using on behalf of an organization, you confirm authorization to bind that organization to these Terms.

Keelzo provides digital recruitment and hiring workflow services including job posting, candidate profile creation, AI-assisted screening and matching, communication tools, hiring workflow automation, employer branding, analytics, and API-based recruitment solutions.

Keelzo acts only as a technology platform and is not a recruitment agency unless explicitly stated.

5.1 Account Responsibility: Maintain confidentiality of login credentials; notify us immediately of unauthorized use; ensure information remains accurate. Users are fully responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.

5.2 Account Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if information is false or misleading, misuse or policy violation occurs, fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, or security risks are identified.

Candidates agree that all information submitted is truthful, uploaded documents belong to them, they will not impersonate any individual, and they understand Keelzo does not guarantee employment.

Employers agree that job postings must be legitimate and lawful, hiring activities must comply with employment laws, candidate data must be used only for recruitment, and employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions.

Keelzo may use AI and automation for resume analysis, candidate ranking, job matching, and workflow automation. AI outputs are advisory in nature. Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of employers.

Users shall NOT: post fraudulent job listings; upload harmful or unlawful content; hack or reverse engineer the Platform; use bots or scraping tools; collect or misuse other users' personal data; engage in illegal discrimination; violate intellectual property rights. Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

All Platform content — software, branding, design, AI models, databases, logos and trademarks — are owned by Keelzo Technologies Private Limited or licensed to the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keelzo shall not be liable for hiring outcomes, employment disputes, loss of business opportunities, data loss caused by user negligence, platform downtime, or decisions based on AI recommendations. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keelzo Technologies Private Limited from claims arising from user content, employment disputes between candidates and employers, legal violations by users, or misuse of Platform services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
